Seeing Clemson freshman wideout Noble Johnson commit to Arizona State last Sunday, Fresno State sophomore Jalen Moss has decided he will also be heading to Tempe.

“Locked in, let’s get it Sun Devils,” Moss said on X/Twitter.

Spending two years at Fresno State (2023-24), he had 103 receptions for 1,269 yards and 10 touchdowns in California. The 6-foot-1, 175-pound receiver played in all 24 games for the Bulldogs.

Helping Fresno State become bowl-eligible, Moss caught 48 passes for 563 yards and four touchdowns this season. Fresno State (6-6, 4-3 Mountain West) faces Northern Illinois (7-5, 4-4 MAC) in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl on Dec. 23.

Coming out of Menlo-Atherton High School, Moss was originally a three-star recruit ranked by 247Sports. Before choosing Fresno State, he received offers from Oregon, Oregon State, UNLV, Nebraska, New Mexico, Colorado State, Northern Arizona and Nevada.

With both Stovall and Guiilory leaving following the College Football Playoff, Moss and Johnson look to be under consideration to replace them. Derek Eusebio and Malik McClain have both shown flashes at the end of this season with impressive catches and receive bigger roles next year.

ASU has also recruited Plano East (Tex.) High School’s Chance Ables, Southwest Mississippi Community College transfer Jordan Scott, Coppell (Texas) High School’s Harry Hassmann, Centennial (Calif.) High School’s Cory Butler and San Tan Charter’s Uriah Neloms at wide receiver for the 2025 season.

Moss, Johnson and Eastern Michigan kicker Jesus Gomez have transferred to Arizona State so far.
