Not only did the Phoenix Suns defeat the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight but Booker continues to make history throughout the season as he now becomes the all-time leader in 3-pointers made with 1,052 surpassing Steve Nash’s all-time for the honor.

Booker finished the game with 25 points for the night to go along with 8 assists and 6 rebounds. He shot 9 of 21 from the floor and made his only 3-pointer of the night out of 7.
Booker was asked after the game about how it felt to become the all-time leader in three-point makes in Sun’s history and Booker acknowledged how the moment became full circle for him.
“In one of my first games here as a Phoenix Sun, it was his ring of honor night,” said Booker. “Just someone I always kept in contact with and just understand everything that he means for this franchise you know 2-time MVP the list goes on. To just be at the top of that list now after the organization took a chance on an 18-year-old kid is very important.”

Earlier last week, Booker moved into the top 5 all-time in points in Suns history. It’s just a matter of time before he becomes first and solidifies himself as the all-time greatest Suns player ever. Only time will tell but he’s on that trajectory.
