The 24-year-old began his college career at Temple for two seasons (2019-20) before transferring to Vanderbilt for another two (2021-22).
Because he had another year of college eligibility due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Davis transferred once again to Kentucky before last season.
During his five-year college career, the California native played 44 games, rushed for 3,626 yards from 746 carries and scored 41 touchdowns.
When looking at where Davis is projected to be drafted, analysts believe he is going from the third round to the fifth. Arizona currently has three third-round picks, a fourth and two fifths.
Right now, Conner, Emari Demercado, DeeJay Dallas and Michael Carter are the running backs going into the 2024 Cardinals season if it began today. Dallas signed during free agency last month but is more known for his effectiveness on special teams.
The NFL Draft is exactly two weeks away from today, April 25 in Detroit. Arizona has 11 picks in the draft, with six coming in the first three rounds.
