The Lopes secured their tournament berth by edging out UT Arlington 65-62 in a thrilling WAC Conference Championship battle, adding another chapter to their incredible season. Now, they set their sights on March Madness, where they will face 4th seeded Baylor in the first round on March 21 in Waco, Texas. The game is set to tip off at 2:30 p.m. CT (12:30 p.m. Arizona time).

A victory over Baylor would extend GCU’s historic win streak to 31 games and advance them to the Round of 32 , where they would meet the winner of No. 5 Ole Miss vs. No. 12 Ball State.

As the Lopes prepare for the biggest stage in program history, they bring momentum, confidence, and a hunger to prove themselves among the nation’s best. Can GCU’s Cinderella run continue? The pressure is on in Waco as the Lopes aim to keep their dream season alive.
