Former ASU Cornerback Gets His Second Pick-6 In Two Weeks, Trolls Chiefs

Jack Jones returned a Pick-6 last week in their blowout win against the Chargers. It was only the second of his career.

Well, this week, the former Sun Devil did it again in the Raiders’ upset win versus the Chiefs. He intercepted a poor decision by Patrick Mahomes and took it 33 to the house to put the Raiders up two scores.

It is officially his third in his career, and this one was monumental in helping pull off the improbable upset for his squad. The Chiefs were once the favorite in the NFL, but Jones’s interception helped give Mahomes and the Chiefs their fourth loss in six weeks.

However, it wasn’t all roses for Jones. His celebration after the Pick-6 has caused a lot of hate on social media. After scoring, Jones went to the crowd and acted like he would hand the ball to a kid. He then pulled the ball away right as the kid reached for it and ran off.

Fans were livid by this move, only to realize that an adult fan had tried to snatch the ball from a kid right as Jones tried to hand it off, so he pulled away. It was an unfortunate situation for all sides involved.

Later, after the win, Jones continued his trolling of the Chiefs by posting a hilarious image of him as the Grinch on his Pick-6 return.

Jones has found freedom since joining the Raiders and has started to look like the great corner people have expected him to be. A lot of this is due to him reuniting with former ASU Coach Antonio Pierce, who has turned the Raiders into a completely different team since he arrived.

Jones will be a Raider for a while if he keeps this up.
