During the morning shoot-around, a couple of Sun’s players were asked about the news breaking today. Here’s what Suns starting small forward Mikal Bridges had to say about the situation.

Bridges allude more to the family aspect of it all as he’s praying for a different outcome to happen soon for the family’s sake.

“They’re constantly in it every single day. And I just pray for everything and I know it stinks but I just hope she comes home sooner rather than later.”

Another player that reacted on the matter was Suns backup shooting guard Damion Lee. Says he’s just hoping for resolve through this whole situation.

“You know it’s sad obviously”, Lee said. “You don’t want anyone to be in jail, wrongfully detained it’s just upset so hopefully we can find a way to get her back here, get her back safe.”
