Even without Kevin Durant and Eric Gordon, the Phoenix Suns took care of business inside Footprint Center with a 113-97 win over the Miami Heat.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Everything seemed to click tonight for Phoenix as they shook off their recent loss to the Clippers and responded with a strong game on both sides of the ball.
At one point in the 2nd half, Phoenix held the Heat to a 0-15 stretch from beyond the arc. Meanwhile, Grayson Allen tied a franchise record with 9 made three-pointers.
Allen ended the night with 31 points; he has finished with at least 10 points in 12 straight games, quickly proving to be one of the best moves that the Suns made this past offseason.

I think it’s time we recognize Grayson Allen as a core suns player and someone to keep for a long time to come pic.twitter.com/Dz28jEpf6r

Overall, vibes are high right now in the Valley as the Suns have won 5 of their last 6 games, even amid the injuries that they have been challenged with over the past week.

Aside from not having Kevin Durant yet, these last few minutes have been pretty close to peak Suns basketball. Getting stops, playing in transition, Book and Beal cooking in one-on-one situations. Fun stuff
