The Mercury are currently tied in the semifinals against the Minnesota Lynx, 1-1, after a comeback win on Tuesday. With the series tied, Phoenix will now play Games 3 and 4 this weekend against Minnesota. Booker said he’ll be part of the atmosphere to cheer the Mercury on.
“I like us,” the Suns star said. “I like our [Mercury] team a lot. Just resilient as we seen last game. Next two home games, Friday [and] Sunday, I’m for sure gonna be at one of them. Let’s keep it rolling.”

The Mercury played from behind the majority of their Game 2 game against the Lynx, down by 20 points at one point. However, a late-game rally and a critical 3-point basket with less than four seconds in regulation by Sami Whitcomb forced overtime.
Phoenix played aggressively, scored 10 points and held Minnesota to four down the stretch to clinch an 89‑83 win.
With momentum on their side and hometown support from stars like Booker, the Mercury head into the weekend looking to take two wins and advance to the WNBA Finals.
