Which fan events are coming to Phoenix’s 2027 NBA All-Star Weekend?
The interactive experience centers on NBA Jam Session, which returns to the Phoenix Convention Center Feb. 19-21. The event will feature more than 40 interactive activations, over 100 talent appearances, live panels, podcasts, merchandise, and exhibits connecting basketball with fashion, art, music, and technology. The NBA Jam Session runs noon-9 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Its Hardwood Central venue will host the Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game on Feb. 19 at 5 p.m. and the NBA HBCU Classic presented by AT&T on Feb. 20 at noon. Tickets to either game include admission to Jam Session on the same day.

Elsewhere, Castrol Rising Stars brings emerging NBA talent to Mortgage Matchup Center on Feb. 19 at 7 p.m. The showcase offers fans an opportunity to watch the league’s young players compete during one of basketball’s biggest annual celebrations.

Music will also play a major role. The NBA All-Star Music Festival is scheduled for Feb. 19-20 in downtown Phoenix, featuring headlining performances, food, and additional entertainment. Families and fans looking for a no-cost option can visit Canyons on Third, a free outdoor destination running Feb. 19-21. Planned attractions include basketball activities, food trucks, and a viewing area for select All-Star events. For Phoenix, that variety creates an opportunity to turn the 2027 NBA All-Star Weekend into a broader downtown experience.
