Arizona State, the University of Arizona, and Grand Canyon University will all be featured in EA Sports’ College Football 26, which is set to release July 10, 2025. The game marks the second installment since the franchise returned last year following a decade-long hiatus.

Both ASU and UA, powerhouse schools in the Big 12 Conference, will be fully playable teams in the game, complete with authentic rosters, stadiums, and uniforms. Their inclusion comes as no surprise, given their storied histories and passionate fan bases.

Adding to the excitement, ASU quarterback Sam Leavitt and head coach Kenny Dillingham are featured on the official cover. The honor highlights the buzz around Sun Devils’ rising program and Leavitt’s growing profile as one of the most dynamic young quarterbacks in college football.

GCU’s presence in the game, however, marks a unique milestone. While the university does no find a football team, they will be a full member of the Mountain West Conference and elevate its profile in collegiate athletics, according to New York Times.

The Lopes’ inclusion in College Football 26 is symbolic, reflecting their growing influence in the NCAA landscape, particularly in sports like baskebtall, where they’ve made significant strides in recent years.

As College Football 26gears up for release, Arizona fans can look forward to representing their favorite institution on the virtual gridiron, celebrating the stat’e rich collegiate sports heritage and culture.
