Popular streaming service Netflix is bringing back its NBA docuseries “Starting 5” for a second season and there are two players with Arizona ties that will be featured.

Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant and ASU men’s basketball legend James Harden (Los Angeles Clippers) were two of five players who will be on the show in season two. Jaylen Brown (Boston Celtics), Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Oklahoma City Thunder) and Tyrese Haliburton (Indiana Pacers) are all on the official roster as well.

The show will give anyone a behind-the-scenes experience into what goes on in each of these players’ lives on and off the court this year. There is no information on when it will be officially available on Netflix to watch, but it is projected to be sometime next year.

With each team determined to reach the postseason, season two will show the journey of the difficult times, winning moments, clinching the playoffs, or maybe even one of the players winning the NBA title.

Durant is entering his third season in the Valley and the docuseries can show what it is like with Devin Booker, Bradley Beal, head coach Mike Budenholzer and more of his Suns teammates while also enjoying his time away from the game.

With Paul George leaving to sign with the Philadelphia 76ers and Kawhi Leonard out with an injury, the former Sun Devil Harden will be the star and a focal point of how the Clippers go about the season. Harden played two years at ASU in 2007-09 before being drafted by the Thunder.

In the first season, Jayson Tatum (Celtics), LeBron James (Los Angeles Lakers), Anthony Edwards (Minnesota Timberwolves), Jimmy Butler (Miami Heat) and Domantas Sabonis (Sacramento Kings) were the players selected.

Now that Brown will go through what Tatum did with the docuseries, Boston is going to be the only NBA team to have representatives in both seasons.

What did we learn from Suns’ gutsy 109-105 comeback victory over Lakers?
