Coyotes Keep It Rolling

The Coyotes (9-2) have won six straight games and outscored opponents 12-4 during those matchups.

Campo Verde has picked it up quickly after a relatively slow start to the season where they were shutout in two of their first five games.

The team is coming off a season where it entered the 5A conference playoffs as the No. 4 seed but lost to the Kofa Kings in the second round.

The Coyotes will next face the 4-5 Gilbert Tigers, as they attempt to extend their win streak to seven games.

Highland Struggle

The Hawks (4-6) have already lost more games this season than they did through the entirety of last season. The team finished last season with an 11-4-1 record but got knocked out during the first round of the 6A playoffs.

With the 6A being as competitive as it is, Highland will need to finish the season off strong and gain momentum as the playoffs approach.

They will next match up against the 2-5 Cibola Raiders of Yuma. With the Raiders coming off four straight losses, this is a perfect opportunity for the Hawks to get back on track.
