National Quarterback Club to induct 2025 hall of fame class

The National Quarterback Club will induct Marlin Briscoe, Carson Palmer and Steve Spurrier into their hall of fame on Friday, Feb. 28.

The Club will also be honoring additional quarterbacks with 2024 National Quarterback Club Quarterback of the Year awards at three levels. Julian Lewis will receive the high school quarterback award, Bryson Daily will receive the college quarterback award and Jayden Daniels will receive the professional quarterback award.

Stevie Eller will also be receiving the 2024 National Quarterback Club Legacy Award during the ceremony. 

The Club’s headquarters are located in Scottsdale, Arizona, and the club aims to, “recognize outstanding athletes  for their qualities and achievements on and off the playing field and serve as a model for comprehensive excellence in athletic achievement, academic success, and greater social affinity,” according to their website.

Other quarterbacks in attendance are expected to include Ron Jaworski, Jim McMahon, Donovan McNabb, Rodney Peete, and Doug Williams.

Previous inductees into the hall of fame include Ken Anderson in 2023, Michael Vick in 2022 and Kurt Warner in 2020. 

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy, from Queen Creek, Arizona, won the 2023 professional quarterback of the year award.
