Dominant On Both Sides
Slade played both wide receiver and safety during his time with the Eagles. Over the last two seasons, he accounted for 119 catches for 2020 receiving yards and 31 touchdowns. Slade was a force to be reckoned with and a nightmare for opposing defenses throughout his high school career.
He also started as safety for the team and was arguably even more dominant there. Slade totaled 104 tackles and 11 interceptions over his last two seasons.
Congrats to @alaGNathletics WR/DB Tyton Slade (@tytonslade) on winning our Two-Way Player of the Year award!

Slade made First Team All-State as both a wide receiver and defensive back, which is unbelievable considering the talent in the state. His incredible resulted in the team’s success as they brought home a 4A championship in 2022.
Northern Colorado Gets A Gem
Considering his ability to play on both sides of the ball at will, the Bears will be able to use Slade in several different ways on the field.
While the team has struggled as of late and went winless this past season, Slade will look to help move the program in the right direction.
