Josh Okogie Upgraded to Questionable for Tomorrow’s Game vs. Kings

After missing the last four games due to a right hip injury, Suns’ guard/forward Josh Okogie is officially questionable for tomorrow’s game vs. the Kings.

Okogie is averaging 6.5 points and 3.4 rebounds across 23 contests for the 14-13 Suns. He suffered the injury during last Tuesday’s matchup vs. the Warriors and was ruled out at halftime.

He was a full participant in today’s practice, but the team wants to see how he responds to it before making a final decision on his status.

The Suns are 1-3 across the four games he has missed and have lost seven of their last 10 overall. The team greatly misses his defense.

Even though Vogel said the team has no new injury updates, Jusuf Nurkić ended up being on the injury report as out due to personal reasons. This will be Nurkić’s first missed game of the season.

Bradley Beal (right ankle sprain) and Damion Lee (right meniscus surgery) remain out.

Beal, who is schedule to be re-evaluated on Jan. 1, was seen moving well and getting shots up today, a very positive sight for Suns’ fans.

For the Kings, Alex Len is out with a high ankle sprain. Malik Monk (right foot irritation) and JaVale McGee (right wrist irritation) are questionable.

Tomorrow’s game tips off at 8 p.m. MST. This will be the team’s second meeting this season after Sacramento won the first contest 114-106 on Dec. 8.
