The NBA world has been waiting for months to see what happens between Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat. Well, it doesn’t look like they are going to have to wait for much longer.

The 6x All-Star returned from his 7 game suspension Friday night and returned to the starting lineup. Butler’s effort on the court has never been questioned and it wasn’t in doubt last night either, playing 33 minutes and finishing the game with 18 points.

But everybody knew the real show was going to start following the game.

Butler took questions from the media for the first time since his suspension and he made it clear he is still unhappy with the organization. When asked if he has found his joy for playing again he replied, “I was told to say ‘no comment’ so, no comment.” Later in the interview he wanted to make it clear that he has never had an issue with any of his teammates and his beef is not with them.

Several reports say that nothing has changed from his demands of getting traded, with many reports saying that his interest would be to be traded to the Suns. Phoenix has been trying to work a deal centered around Bradley Beal to acquire him but Miami has no interest in Beal or his contract.

Soon though, something has to give.
