When a program can have stability in the midst of chaos, it is truly special.

Arizona State University is a school in the Big 12 with major stability at head coach.

Kenny Dillingham, 35, has been linked as a potential candidate for the Michigan job since the wild incident with Sherrone Moore led to his firing. Dillingham, who led the Sun Devils to a conference championship and a College Football Playoff appearance in 2024, guided ASU to an 8-4 record this season. He doubled down on his loyalty to Arizona State in a press conference, stating that the place is ‘special’ to him.

“I love this place,” Dillingham said in becoming emotional.

He took a long pause in expressing this statement, displaying his gratitude for the Sun Devils.

Dillingham and the program are reportedly getting close to an amended contract with a pay raise.

ASU wants to continue having success with him for years to come.
