TEMPE – Former Arizona State football running back Cam Skattebo continues his NFL draft tour, having two more interviews with teams, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. The ASU halfback has already visited with the Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns, and New York Giants. Rapoport didn’t reveal the two new teams that Skattebo will have his Top 30 visit with, but the Sun Devil running back is generating interest around the league.

Rapoport announcing ASU Skattebo new interviews:
Skattebo is projected to be a late Day 2 or early Day 3 in the NFL draft. After a sensational senior season at ASU, where he ran for 1,711 rushing yards and 21 touchdowns, Skattebo has earned the draft hype. ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr. has Skattebo as the ninth-ranked running back in the 2025 class, with ESPN’s Matt Miller having the Sun Devil landing with the Pittsburgh Steelers in the fourth round.
During the combine process, Skattebo made scouts skeptical when he didn’t run at the NFL combine and only did two drills (Vertical and Board Jump). Despite having a 39.5-inch vertical, NFL scouts had concerns with Skattebo’s speed. He silenced that at ASU’s pro day, running a 4.65-second 40-yard dash.

The NFL draft is less than two weeks away, and Skattebo is one of the most interesting prospect in this draft cycle. A raw, old-school halfback that has garnered many interviews with top NFL teams.
