AVONDALE – NASCAR and the Arizona Cardinals held a STEM day at Phoenix Raceway on Wednesday to celebrate the upcoming Championship weekend. The event strived for kids to become interested in STEM with fun experiments and games. To help get that point across, Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman Roy Lopez came out to talk with the kids about the importance of education.
