Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray threw two interceptions in the first quarter that of the Cardinal’s division rematch against the Seattle Seahawks.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Murray’s back-to-back interceptions led to touchdowns, leaving the Cardinals (6-6,2-1) trailing the Seahawks (7-5,2-2) 17-7 to start the second quarter.
The first of the pair of picks came three offensive plays after Seattle put up their first points of the game with a field goal. After a holding call negated a first down pass to rookie receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., Murray went back to his newest target, and the Seahawks were waiting on it.
Seattle linebacker Ernest Jones IV camped on a dig route ran by Harrison and snatched it away for a pick. After returning the interception for 12 yards, Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith found wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba for a 19-yard score.

Before anyone had a chance to accept what just occurred, it happened again.
Cardinals running back James Conner was stuffed for one-yard on the opening play of Arizona’s following drive. Murray went back to the air on the next play and experienced the same results. This time looking for wide receiver Zay Jones, the Cardinals’ QB went downfield and was intercepted by Seattle corner back Coby Bryant. Four plays later, running back Zach Charbonnet punched in a one-yard run to extend the league. Charbonnet has already shown to be more effective against the Cardinals than usual starting running back Kenneth Walker III, who was ruled out before the game.

It was a rough start for Murray, but there is still a lot of game left to get back in sync with his receivers and take the top spot in the NFC West.
