Kevin Durant, Suns attend Colorado-Kansas State game

The Phoenix Suns had a unique team-bonding experience Saturday night after flying out to Colorado for their Sunday night preseason matchup against the Denver Nuggets.

Several members of the team, including Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal, stood among a crowd of celebrity guests on the infamous Colorado football sidelines for the Buffaloes’ 24-21 loss to No. 17 Kansas State Saturday night.

Durant made headlines shaking hands with former Oklahoma City Thunder teammate and new Nuggets guard Russell Westbrook, and former Washington Wizards star John Wall.

Beal went viral for his reaction to Kansas State’s game-winning touchdown with just over two minutes remaining.

Westbrook was one of many Nuggets players who attended the Big 12 matchup, as Colorado fell to 4-2 on the season with the loss.

Sunday’s preseason matchup between the Suns and Nuggets tips off at 5:30 p.m. MST on ESPN.
