As stated by NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, Ohio State WR Marvin Harrison Jr. has officially met with the Cards.

“The Arizona Cardinals hosted OSU star WR Marvin Harrison Jr. on a Top 30 visit today,” Rapoport said. “AZ holds the No. 4 overall pick.”

The 21-year-old has had a star-studded career while with the Buckeyes, to say the least.

In three seasons (2021-23), Harrison Jr. played 38 games, gained 2,613 yards from 155 receptions and scored 31 touchdowns. Last year, the Philadelphia native appeared in 14 games, grabbing 67 catches for 1,211 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Picking up prestigious accolades along the way, he is a two-time unanimous All-American, Richter-Howard Receiver of the Year, and first-team All-Big Ten. The OSU standout also was the 2023 Graham-George Offensive Player of the Year and Fred Biletnikoff Award winner.

Besides USC quarterback Caleb Williams, LSU’s Jaylen Daniels and UNC’s Drake Maye, Harrison Jr. is projected to be the first non-quarterback to be picked.

Like Harrison Jr., the Cardinals have also scheduled meetings with Washington’s Rome Odunze and LSU’s Malik Nabers. Both Odunze and Nabers are expected to be the next two receivers to be drafted after Harrison Jr.

Arizona holds the No. 4 and No. 27 picks in the first round in this year’s draft and 11 overall.

If Cards general manager Monti Ossenfort is set on selecting a wide receiver, he will debate the options of either staying at No. 4 or trading down.

As of right now, Arizona’s wide receiver depth includes Chris Moore, Zach Pascal, Michael Wilson, Greg Dortch, Dan Chisena, Jeff Smith, Andre Baccellia, Kaden Davis and Daniel Arias.
