Hawks Gain Momentum

The Hawks have without a doubt taken a step back from last season, where the team finished with an 11-4-1 record.

After beginning this season by losing five of their first seven games played, Highland has picked it up as the end of the regular season approaches.

While Queen Creek has struggled this season, winning in such fashion is nevertheless impressive for Highland.

Next Up

There are just five regular season games remaining, making this stretch as important as ever for the Hawks. The team will look to enter the 6A conference playoffs as they did last season despite a rough start.

They will next face off against the Perry Pumas (10-4-1) on Friday, Jan 17 @ 7 p.m. MST. This will be a much tougher matchup but one that the Hawks can capitalize on with a victory.
