In a recent interview on ‘Run It Back FDTV,’ five-time All-Star John Wall opened up about his deep connection with the Phoenix Suns’ Bradley Beal, hinting at a potential desire to join the Suns.

Wall made it clear that his friendship with Beal remains strong, stating, “Me and Brad are still brothers, we still talk a lot… If I could join their team, for sure, I would love that.”

The bond between the two players was forged during their time as teammates on the Washington Wizards for six seasons, spanning from 2012 to 2019.

While with the Wizards, Wall averaged 19 points and nearly 10 assists per game.

However, Wall’s career took an unfortunate turn in 2019 when he suffered an Achilles injury, leading to an erratic presence on the basketball court ever since.

Last season, he had a stint with the Los Angeles Clippers but only managed to play in 34 games.

Currently, Wall is not on an NBA roster, leaving his future uncertain.

Despite this injury history, Wall has been seen working out in the gym, as a video surfaced of him nailing 24 straight 3’s.

Given the injuries the Suns have already suffered early on this season, with Bradley Beal still not playing and Devin Booker missing half of the games, another injury-prone guard may not be exactly what the Suns need at the moment.

But the idea is still tempting, as even at age 33, Wall is one of the most consistent shooters the league has seen.

Should the Suns make a move on John Wall?
