In a video posted by the Portland Trail Blazers today, Deandre Ayton was all smiles and excited to be in Portland.

Ayton’s locker in the video has the No. 2 on it, signifying the center will likely change his jersey number from No. 22 with Portland.
“I feel like I just got drafted,” Ayton said laughing.
New beginnings lie ahead for the former Suns’ No. 1 overall pick, and we will see how it pans out for him with the Blazers.
“(I’m) super glad to be here, super honored,” Ayton said. “I can’t wait to get this thing started with you guys. Let’s get it.”
