Devin Booker is the best shooting guard in the NBA and its not really close.Booker averaged 27.8 points, 5.5 assists, and 4.5 rebounds per game last season. Those stats may take a jump up this season as Booker will have more play-making responsibilities in the offense. Phoenix has to feel good knowing that they have an advantage at the shooting guard spot going into any game Booker plays in.
