“I will say this is only the first time… if not, it’s the second time that we have 95-98% of the roster available,” Guerra said. “Guyardo and Daniel Kruzten are available to come in.”

After battling an ACL injury for most of the 2022 season, Rising defender Krutzen played his last match for the team on July 29th against Monterey Bay FC.

In his last five matches, Krutzen has recorded six interceptions and four shot attempts. He has started for the Rising at center back in every match he has played for the team.

Gallardo has not seen the field since the team played San Antonio FC on Aug. 5. In the last five matches that the midfielder played in, he had one goal, two assists and two interceptions. Playing in 14 games for the Rising, Gallardo has not seen a lot of field time in his first year with the team but contributes to their success whenever he is on the pitch.
