Arizona State football recruiting roundup June 19

Burn+ subscribers, there were a couple of commitments this weekend (with one more coming soon?), a few recruits putting ASU in their top schools and a lot of official visitors. Here is the Arizona State recruiting news of today (June 19) and the weekend:

Arizona State in top-three schools for top local ATH Plas Johnson (Chaparral)

Chaparral three-star ATH/ WR Plas Johnson visited ASU this weekend and shortly after included the Sun Devils in his top-three schools along with BYU and Kansas State. He was first offered by ASU on May 17. According to MaxPreps, he had 10 receptions for 1,157 yards and eight touchdowns in 10 games last season. Click here for his Hudl.

ASU a top-three finalist for three-star KS TE Gavin Hoffman

Class of 2024 tight end Gavin Hoffman, a three-star prospect from Blue Valley Northwest in Kansas, told 247 Sports ASU was among his top-three schools after visiting this weekend. Hoffman is 6-foot-5, 225 pounds. He had 39 receptions for 713 yards and 11 touchdowns in his junior year according to his Twitter. He first received an offer from ASU on June 3. Sun Devils reportedly in CO OL Max Parrot’s top-three schools

Max Parrot, a three-star class of 2024 offensive lineman from Cherry Creek High School (Englewood, CO), visited Arizona State this weekend and afterwards told 247 Sports that he was focusing on three schools with ASU being one of them. He is reportedly going to make a decision later this month. Parrot is 6-foot-5 and 290 pounds. Click here to see his Hudl profile.

ASU lands two recruits on official visits this weekend
