Before joining the Titans, Ossenfort worked his way up through the New England Patriots organization. He started as an area scout in 2006 and worked his way up to the director of college scouting in 2011.
Ossenfort started as an intern with the Minnesota Vikings in 2001, and in 2002 he was an intern for the Houston Texans. In Ossenfort’s time in New England, the Patriots won four Super Bowls. Ossenfort is also being looked at for the Titans GM position.
