The Arizona Cardinals are in the market for a new head coach and general manager after they fired Kliff Kingsbury and Steve Keim earlier today. Kingsbury has been the head coach for the Cardinals since 2019 and Keim has been the general manager for the Cardinals since 2013 and even though both guys helped start the Cardinals’ 2021 season 8-0 just a season ago, their records since have been a whopping 7-20 with a bunch of injuries to boot.
With the lack of adjustments being made over the past seasons along with no improvements since their undefeated streak, it’s understandable that Cardinals fans across the world are excited for changes to be made more than ever as they have a talented roster that’s ready to be competitive in the immediate future.

It’s safe to say that Cardinals fans are excited for their team to hit the reset button in hopes to get their team back to contending deep in the playoffs for years and years to come. There have already been reports that the Cardinals are already interested in promoting defensive coordinator Vance Joseph to become the head coach for next season. Cardinal fans don’t seem overly thrilled with the idea of staying in-house for their next head coach.

I understand Vance Joseph is a highly respected coach. His defenses had their great moments
However..
If Albert Breer is right & the Cards are leaning on an internal hire with VJ as the next HC if Kingsbury's fired, that's just a commitment to saving money. Not winning football

Things are just going to continue to get interesting over the next month for the Cardinals as they are looking for a whole new power structure for next season and beyond. Fans are desperately hoping they can get it right this time out.
