The Arizona Cardinals lost to the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday 34-26, it was a winnable game, but three costly turnovers hurt the Cardinals’ chances of winning. Quarterback Kyler Murray threw two interceptions, and Greg Dortch lost a fumble. It is hard to win games when you lose the turnover battle.
DeAndre Hopkins hauled 12 catches on 13 targets, including 159 receiving yards and a nice one-handed touchdown catch. It was Hopkins’s second game, and it looks like he has not lost a step. For the rest of the season, Hopkins should be a key factor for the Cardinals’ offense.
Rondale Moore also pitched in with a solid game with seven catches for 92 yards and one touchdown. Having Moore back in the fold is critical for Arizona’s offense in the future. He can line up all over and make plays.
J.J Watt finished the game with two tackles, two sacks, and two tackles for a loss. However, Watt must continue playing at a high for the Cardinals’ defense to improve.
