Elite high school basketball circuit ‘The Grind Session’ is in Phoenix for the weekend and the first day of it has wrapped up.

Varsity Boys’ Basketball Bella Vista College Prep defeated Dream City Christian in a nailbiter 70-67 Friday night.
This was an upset, considering Dream City beat Bella Vista by 20 points just over a week ago.
Dream City Christian now takes a loss after going on a seven-game win streak prior.
Bella Vista proved why they deserve to compete in the circuit and put an end to a three-game losing streak.
Stars Of The Game
Junior guard Jaden Vance of Bella Vista shot lights out from deep, as he made five of six threes.
Dream City’s 7-foot center Emmanuel Stephen posted an all-around game and continued to dominate defensively. Stephen is the No. 6 ranked prospect in the state and committed to the University of Arizona.
Teammate and sophomore guard Ikenna Alozie posted a double-double for the team. Ikenna is currently ranked No. 2 in the entire state and No. 16 nationally from the class of 2026, according to 247Sports.

The Grind Session Continues
This was just the first of three days that the circuit will be in Phoenix and there is still a lot of competitive basketball to be played.
Five games will occur tomorrow consisting of both Arizona teams and non-Arizona teams.
This is some of the most competitive high school basketball you will see and it is more than worth tuning in to.
