Gannon on the Cardinals 45-17 loss on Sunday:
“Give credit to LA, they were better than us in ever facet of the game, offense, defense, and special teams. That was really humbling. It’s not okay, it’s not acceptable by me or anyone in there. We’ll get back to work tomorrow.
“Technique and fundamentals,” Gannon on what the team needs to fix. “Which leads to execution, which leads to playing complimentary football, which leads to not getting the brakes beat off of you at home. We do a lot of good things throughout the game just not consistently enough [on] playing football. I mean blocking, tackling, running, catching, and throwing.”

The Cardinals were outplayed to the tenth degree against their division rival, to remain winless against NFC West opponents this season. Gannon named every single fundamental aspect of football to showcase how behind the curve the team is compared to their opponents.
Injuries haven’t helped Gannon’s case, but every team in the NFL has those types of problems and shouldn’t be used as an excuse for the atrocious play by Arizona. Gannon message for the fans during this dark time is that they will get to the other side of this drought. The question remains on whether Gannon will be here to see that come to fruition.
