Arizona State secures No. 15 portal QB Cutter Boley from Kentucky

Kenny Dillingham has a new quarterback in Cutter Boley (transfer from Kentucky) and a new wide receiver. Raiden Vines-Bright, a wide out from the University of Washington, has committed to ASU out the portal. He caught 24 passes as a freshman in 2025 for 238 yards and a touchdown in 12 games. The 6-foot-1, 200-pounder is a native of Tempe, Ariz., so he returns home.

Vines-Bright was a star at IMG Academy — totaling 101 catches for 1,875 yards and 18 touchdowns. He was a multi-sport athlete, competing in track and field also. Dillingham now has a receiver he can develop moving forward.
