PHOENIX – It seems like this Phoenix Suns team is a night and day difference from the last couple of seasons, as the Suns move to a five-game winning streak after their win over the Indiana Pacers on Thursday night.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Dillon Brooks had a strong performance as he shot 12 for 18 and ended his night with 32 points while embracing his strong-willed personality. The face of the Phoenix Suns, Devin Booker, kept up his momentum, leading the Suns with 33 points. With the absence of Jalen Green in this lineup, Phoenix needs to rely on its other two stars, and Booker and Brooks showed on Thursday night that he plans on stepping up when it matters.

The Phoenix Suns show that they can contend night in and night out, while relying on their depth pieces as well. Jordan Goodwin, coming off his best game of the season last night, putting up 13 points, looked locked in again during their matchup with the Indiana Pacers. Goodwin showed hustle on the rebounds while creating extra opportunities, and even Suns Head Coach Jordan Ott mentioned earlier that this would be a great game for Goodwin to bring his energy.

The depth of this Suns team is one of the main reasons why they are having success against teams like Indiana. The youth and talents of Ryan Dunn and Oso Ighodoro are bringing a different vibe and allowing the offense to play quicker and execute certain cuts to the basket with swift efficiency.

Jordan Ott is definitely building a culture the right way; his no-nonsense approach is allowing the guys who are stepping up to perform when it matters. Whether it’s the game plan around getting the ball into Collin Gillespie’s or Grayson Allen’s hands at times, it is showing that he believes in anybody on this team to make a play with the execution he has laid out.
