Arizona has areas that still need addressing, from defensive or offensive linemen to possibly looking to bolster its secondary. There’s still plenty of first-round talent available for the Cardinals in the second round to bring in impactful players for the 2025 season.

The Cardinals should stick with the Rebels in the second round, drafting a talented defensive back like Amos. In his senior season at Ole Miss, Amos recorded three interceptions and 13 pass deflections, easily his best collegiate season. The New Iberia, Louisiana native stands at 6’1 and has great arm length to press wide receivers on the line of scrimmage. All while Amos carries lightning speed, running a 4.43 40-yard dash.

Amos is the fourth-ranked cornerback in this year’s draft and could mesh well with Sean Murphy-Bunting and Max Melton in the Cardinals secondary.

Cardinals 3rd Round Pick (78th):

Georgia C Jared Wilson

Wilson is off-the-charts athletic, finishing first in total Combine scores in athleticism and production. Wilson is slightly undersized at 6’3 310 pounds but has impressive body control and hand-eye coordination, giving him quick leverage in the run game. The former Bulldog has the fastest 40-yard dash time of any offensive lineman in the draft and uses his stellar quickness in the rushing attack.
