The Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers both will reportedly have key players on the field who were questionable entering their Week 5 matchup.

He also posted that San Francisco (2-2) tight end George Kittle (ribs) and linebacker Fred Warner (ankle) are expected to play after being questionable.

Tight ends update:
49ers TE George Kittle, listed as questionable for Sunday due to a rib injury, is expected to play vs. the Cardinals, per source.

These will obviously be big boosts for each team, as each of these players are among the top in the NFL at their respective positions.
There still are a lot of players on both teams questionable for this afternoon’s meeting. Cardinals kicker Matt Prater (left knee), starting right tackle Kelvin Beachum (hamstring), defensive lineman Khyiris Tonga (knee) and rookie offensive tackle Christian Jones (ankle, returning from IR) are also all questionable. Rookie guard Isaiah Adams (thumb) and top cover cornerback Garrett Williams (groin) are out after not practicing all week.
The 49ers had eight players, including Warner and Kittle, on their Friday injury report:
- LB Fred Warner (Ankle) – QUESTIONABLE
- TE George Kittle (Ribs) – QUESTIONABLE
- WR Jacob Cowing (Shoulder) – QUESTIONABLE
- WR Chris Conley (Oblique) – DOUBTFUL
- DL Yetur Gross-Matos (Knee) – OUT
- LB Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (Calf) – OUT
- CB Isaac Yiadom (Thigh) – QUESTIONABLE
- DT Kalia Davis (Knee) – QUESTIONABLE
The inactives will become official 90 minutes prior to today’s 1:05 p.m. MST kickoff.
