McBride, who has 14 catches for 122 yards on the year, missed the Cardinals’ 42-14 Week 4 loss against the Washington Commanders with the concussion, which he suffered in Week 3.
The Cardinals and 49ers will both release their full inactives list 90 minutes prior to tomorrow’s 1:05 p.m. MST kickoff. Cardinals kicker Matt Prater (left knee), starting right tackle Kelvin Beachum (hamstring), defensive lineman Khyiris Tonga (knee) and rookie offensive tackle Christian Jones (ankle, returning from IR) are also all questionable.
