The Los Angeles Rams will not be close to full strength in their Week 2 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.

On Wednesday, Los Angeles placed wide receiver Puka Nacua (PCL injury) and offensive linemen Steve Avila (knee) and Joe Noteboom (ankle) on injured reserve.

Another LA offensive lineman, Kevin Dotson did not practice Wednesday with a foot injury, while defensive back Cobie Durant (toe) and tight end Davis Allen (back) also did not participate.

Offensive lineman Rob Havenstein was a limited participant in practice after missing Week 1 with an ankle injury. Starting left tackle Alaric Jackson is currently serving a two-game suspension for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy, so he will also be out.

The Cardinals defensive line could look to take advantage of this depleted offensive line after a pretty bad performance in their 34-28 Week 1 loss to the Buffalo Bills, to say the least.

Arizona will also be missing a starting offensive lineman for the foreseeable future after placing right tackle Jonah Williams on injured reserve with a knee injury earlier today.

Sunday’s game kicks off at 1:25 p.m. MST at State Farm Stadium, as both teams search for their first victories of the season. Arizona has not beaten the Rams at home since 2014.
