In the first game back from the All-Star break on Feb. 20, the Suns will take on Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs at the University of Texas Austin, where Durant used to play college basketball.

This matchup is a special on-campus NBA game at the Moody Center at 7:30 p.m. MST.

In his lone season at Texas in 2006-07, Durant won the Wooden Award and many other awards labeling him the best college basketball player in the country. He averaged 25.8 points and 11.1 rebounds for the Longhorns before being selected No. 2 overall in the 2007 NBA Draft.

The Spurs, although they finished 22-60, won three of four games against the 49-33 Suns last season, including one without Wembanyama.

Now, San Antonio has only gotten better with the additions of Chris Paul and Harrison Barnes.

The Suns, meanwhile, hired a new coach in Mike Budenholzer, added Tyus Jones, Mason Plumlee and Monte Morris in free agency and drafted rookies Ryan Dunn and Oso Ighodaro.

This game will surely be a moment to remember for Durant.
