Diana Taurasi (back soreness) and Rebecca Allen (lower back) join Charisma Osborne (lower left leg) on the Mercury’s inactive list. Osborne was seen with a boot on her left foot while both Taurasi and Allen played against the Indiana Fever on Sunday.

Starting in all 18 games before tonight, Taurasi will miss her first game of the year. Taurasi is averaging 16.6 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game in her 20th WNBA season Sophie Cunningham will get an expanded role in the place of the 42-year-old.

Listed as questionable on Sunday, Allen ended up playing but was seen hunched over after she drew contact a couple of times driving in the paint vs. Indiana. She has been in concussion protocol, suffered a hip injury during the preseason and had a back injury before being able to play vs. the Atlanta Dream on May 18.

Tip-off between the Mercury and Sun begins at 7 p.m. PT.
