According to college football recruiting analyst Blair Angulo, three-star high school receiver Tavian McNair is scheduled to visit Arizona State later this month.

“Corona (Calif.) Centennial wide receiver Tavian McNair has locked in official visits with Arizona State and Kansas,” Angulo said.

On 247Sports, McNair’s visit is lined up for May 31 with the Sun Devils after being recruited by new receivers coach Hines Ward. Amidst a plethora of other visits on his docket, he will also has visits at UNLV, Utah, Kentucky, UC Berkeley and Colorado State before the start of July.

McNair will be a senior next school year as he is part of the high school class of 2025.

National recruiting analyst from 247Sports Greg Biggins said the following which should intrigue ASU fans about the prospect of McNair coming to Tempe.

“If you’re looking for a stock-up receiver who just oozes upside, McNair is your guy.” Biggins said. “We first saw him at the National Preps Camp in Las Vegas before his sophomore year where he earned MVP honors and we’ve been high on him ever since. He’s an explosive kid and is one of the fastest receivers out West. He clocked a 4.52-40 at Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman’s Pro-Day back in March and was running past defensive backs all camp long at the Under Armour Next Camp that same weekend. He has an athletic 6-foot-2, 180-pound frame, strong hands and knows how to change speeds to set up a defender. He had to sit out five games last season at Centennial after transferring in but looks poised for a huge senior year.”

ASU will also reportedly have a visit this week with former Texas A&M and Kentucky wideout Raymond Cottrell.
