Boulder Creek Jaguars junior forward Andrew Bhesania was voted the 6A Desert Valley Region Player of the Year.

In 22 games played, Bhesania is averaging 19.7 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.6 blocks per game. He is also doing this on ridiculous 54/41/81 shooting splits.
His ability to impact the game on both sides of the ball has been a treat to watch. Once the junior gets hot, it is a long day for whoever Boulder Creek faces.
He had several big games for the Jaguars but one stood out above all else. Bhesania put up 42 points while missing just three field goals against Sandra Day O’Connor last month.

After being knocked out in the first round of the bracket last season, Bhesania and the Jaguars will look to make a deep run against the state’s top teams.
