Arizona State beat Stanford 76-73 in a game that the Sun Devils never led until there were 30 seconds left. At the time, it looked like the Sun Devils beat one of the worst Pac-12 teams. Today, it looks a lot better.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Stanford just decimated #4 Arizona 100-82 in Palo Alto this afternoon. That’s right, the team that ASU beat took out a top-five team in the country by 18. Stanford had a fantastic offense, and we knew that. So the fact that Bobby Hurley’s squad held them to 73 points is very impressive.

Stanford woke up today without a power conference win.
It just beat Arizona by 18 and scored 100 points.
Anarchy?
Nope. Just College Basketball.

The Cardinal scored 56 points in the second half, and Kanaan Carlyle led them with 28. Spencer Jones had 21, and Andrej Stojakovic had 16. It’s a statement win for the Cardinal, but it greatly helps ASU’s resume. With this win, Stanford will be either a high Quandrant 2 or low Q1 team, making it ASU’s best win of the year. So, Arizona State fans can thank Stanford for this New Year’s Eve miracle and go watch the Sun Devils take on Cal tonight.
What an upset in College Basketball.
