The 16th Annual Vista Mesa Basketball Challenge will take place from Wednesday, Dec. 27 to Saturday, Dec. 30.

There will be participants from several states including Arizona, California, Texas, Utah, Washington, Las Vegas, and Oregon.
During the first day of the tournament, there will be 17 games played. The games will be played at Red Mountain High School and Mountain View High School.

Two Arizona Schools that will match up against each other during the first day are the 5-3 Camp0 Verde Coyotes and the 7-4 Red Mountain Mountain Lions.
More Arizona participants during the first day of games include Desert Mountain, Salpointe Catholic, Mountain View, Brophy College Prep, Notre Dame Prep, and more.
Out-Of-State
Several out-of-state teams participating are highly ranked in their respective states.
This includes the John Paul II Cardinals of Texas who are currently 16-3 on the season. They are ranked as a top-25 team in the state. Another out-of-state team that has been elite is the 10-3 Clovis West Golden Eagles of Fresno, CA.
