ASU’s Kenny Dillingham Is Going to Attack the 2025 AZ Class

Arizona State had a very impressive signing day. They signed some big stars from all over the western United States, but something was missing.

High-end local talent.

Arizona State only had three ranked Arizona commits, with the highest being WR Plas Johnson, who was #17 in the state. Johnson is a very talented wide receiver of his own. Still, he is also a three-star and many top Phoenix commits committed to schools like Arizona and Oregon over Arizona State.

Kenny Dillingham noticed and has vowed to make that his mission next year. Dillingham wants to attack the 2025 local class and bring in some big names from around the area to keep building their culture.

One player Dillingham’s team is known to be fighting hard for is WR Cooper Perry. Perry is the #1 player in the 2025 class from Arizona, and Dillingham has pursued him very hard since they offered. Dillingham has also offered almost every player in the top 10 as well.

Dillingham knows it takes two years to build a relationship with anyone, so he expects big things from the 25 class. He was happy with how he did in 2024, but with one more year of getting to know a player, he expects they will make a splash.
