A career-high 50 points from Jalen Brunson was more than enough to lead the New York Knicks to a commanding win over the Phoenix Suns.

The Suns have now lost six of their last eight games and have slipped to just one game over .500.

Certainly, this was not the start that fans expected, given the through-the-roof expectations that were handed to Phoenix before the season began.

However, with injuries continuing to haunt the Suns left and right, plus a turnover flu that has seemingly infected the entire team, the Suns have an uphill battle to climb in order to get to where they want to be.
