While the Suns did hold a 10-point lead in the 3rd quarter, Jalen Brunson quickly took over.

Brunson did not miss a single shot in the 2nd half, he ended the night with 50 points on 16-22 shooting. It was his first 50-point game of his career.

In 9 three-point attempts, he did not miss a single one, making him the first player in NBA history to shoot 100% from three while also scoring at 50 points or more.

As a team, the Knicks shot 17-29 from behind the arc, this became a large factor in the 4th quarter as they outscored the Suns 42-23.

Meanwhile, the Suns struggled heavily in the 2nd half shooting the ball. Devin Booker in particular made just one shot out of five attempts in the 4th quarter.

The 139 points allowed by Phoenix were the most all season. The Knicks scored at least 30 points in every quarter.

Playing a large deflating factor in the first five minutes was Bradley Beal heading to the locker room in the 1st quarter after landing on his ankle awkwardly.

Beal did not return to the game, which silenced the crowd early on.

The Suns are now 6-8 at home this season. They are the only team in the NBA to hold a losing record at home while also holding a winning record on the road.

Phoenix will wrap up their five-game homestand on Sunday against the Washington Wizards.
