The Grind Session Coming to Phoenix

Where/When It Will Happen

International elite prep basketball circuit ‘The Grind Session’ will be in Phoenix from Dec. 8-10 at Dream City Christian School.

What Is The Grind Session

For those who may not know, The Grind Session is an opportunity for players to play against elite competition regardless of how old they are or how inexperienced they may be.

Some NBA players who have played and been developed in the circuit include Devin Booker, Jayson Tatum, LaMelo Ball, Paolo Banchero, Jalen Green, and many more.

The circuit has proved to be able to further develop these young players and provides electrifying entertainment like none other.

Who To Look For

The player to watch is right at home. Senior shooting guard and Arizona commit Jamari Phillips and Dream City Christian will be participating in the circuit while playing at home. Phillips is currently the No. 2 ranked prospect in the state and ranked 23rd nationally.

7-footer and fellow Arizona commit Emmanuel Stephen also plays for Dream City and is a force to be reckoned with.
Bella Vista Prep will also be in attendance and compete in the circuit. Three of the state’s top 15 go to the school, including No. 5 ranked prospect and 6’11 power forward Makhan Diouf.

 

The girls’ teams for each Arizona school will also be competing this weekend.

With an incredible amount of talent being displayed throughout the weekend, these Arizona schools will look to make a name for themselves nationally.
