Seahawks will be without DK Metcalf in Week 7 meeting with Cardinals

The Seattle Seahawks will be without star WR DK Metcalf for their Week 7 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, per Ian Rapoport.

Last week, Metcalf was targeted nine times; he brought in 69 yards, which was just around his average of 67 yards per game this season.

However, this number was expected to see a big boost against Arizona as he would be up against a Cardinals defense that has allowed some massive games over the past couple of weeks.

This trend started when the Cardinals allowed Christian McCaffrey to run for 106 yards and three touchdowns.

Then, in Week 5, Ja’Maar brought in 192 receiving yards along with three touchdowns.

And finally, last week, Cooper Kupp, fresh off the IR, caught 148 yards and a touchdown.

Kickoff for this Week 7 matchup between the Cardinals and Seahawks is set for 1:05 PM.

Last season, the Seahawks won both of these matchups.
